Privacy policy

What we collect, and what we do with it.

Ark Visibility is a two-person, veteran-owned SEO and web agency based in Omaha, Nebraska, serving cash-pay medical practices across the U.S. We collect only the information needed to perform your search audit, deliver your reports, and answer your inquiries. We do not sell data, deploy third-party advertising trackers, or monetize visitor information.

Who we are

Ark Visibility is a marketing company based in Omaha, Nebraska. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ark Visibility.

What we collect

  • What you type into the audit form: your website address, your practice name and your email address.
  • What you send us afterward: anything you choose to include in an email or phone call, and, only if you decide to grant it later, read-only access to tools such as Google Search Console.
  • Basic technical records: like nearly every website, our hosting provider logs the IP address, browser type and time of each request for security and troubleshooting.

To prepare an audit we also look at public information about your practice: your website, your Google Business Profile, directory listings and search results. That is information anyone can see.

Please don't send us patient information

We never need it, and the audit form has no field for it. We are not a HIPAA business associate for the free audit. If later work would ever involve systems that hold patient information, we would discuss and sign the appropriate agreement with you first.

How we use it

  • To prepare your audit and send it to you.
  • To reply to your questions and, if you ask for work, to quote and deliver it.
  • To follow up about your audit. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

We don't add you to a newsletter or a marketing list because you asked for an audit.

Who else handles it

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. A small number of companies process it on our behalf so the site and our email can work:

  • Formspree receives the audit form submission and forwards it to our inbox.
  • Our email and file storage provider holds our correspondence with you and your reports.
  • BrightLocal, on the monthly plans, holds your practice's public business details for rank tracking and directory submissions.
  • Our website host serves these pages and keeps the technical records described above.
  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

As of the effective date above, this site sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics, ad pixels or session recording. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and the reports we produce for as long as they are useful to you or to our working relationship, and we delete them when you ask.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll confirm when it's done. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law; we'll honor any request we're able to verify.

Children

This site is written for business owners. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. Our terms of service cover how we work with you.
