Ark VisibilityPublished pricing

Every price, published.

Every service Ark Visibility provides is priced below in plain numbers. We do not run open-ended retainers, we do not require long-term contracts, and we do not charge different rates depending on what we think a practice can afford. Work can be engaged as standalone one-off fixes or as a month-to-month partnership you can pause or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. The free search audit always comes first so neither side spends money guessing at the problem.

Now you know the questions

SEE HOW YOUR PRACTICE ANSWERS THEM.

The free audit checks all of this for your practice, from public information only, within two business days.

Monthly plans: $350 upkeep, $750 managed

Both run month to month. Either of us can end a plan at any time; it ends at the close of the month you're in, that month is billed, and you keep everything. Rank tracking and the directory service run inside both plans at no extra charge. The full description, with a sample ranking report, is on the medical SEO services page.

Upkeep

$350 a month

For a practice whose site is in good shape and wants it kept that way.

  • Google Business Profile kept current: hours, services, photos, posts
  • Review replies drafted for your approval, written to stay HIPAA-safe
  • Name, address and phone kept consistent across the directories
  • A monthly ranking report: the map, ordinary results and AI answers, from one point in your city

No new pages. Anything you want built is ordered by the piece at the prices above.

Managed SEO

$750 a month

For a practice that wants search owned, planned and measured, and nobody with time to do it.

  • Everything in Upkeep
  • Month one: the Deep Assessment, yours to keep
  • Every month: a written list of what to build next, named before the month starts, from the assessment's order
  • The pieces on that list, ordered from the menu above and billed only as you approve each one
  • A fuller ranking report: tracking from several points across your city, plus what Google Search Console says patients actually typed and where they stopped

A typical month with two pieces on the list comes to $1,050 to $1,250 all in. You decide the number each month, including zero.

When per piece is the better buy

If your audit turns up a handful of fixes and one or two missing pages, buy the fix-up and be done. We'll tell you which way is cheaper for you. A monthly plan makes sense when there is a year of pages to build, or nobody at the practice has time to own this.

The order things happen in

How approval and billing work

[01]FIRST

We draft it offline.Every new page, fix or post is mocked up away from your live site. Nothing on your site or listing changes. Read about the 20-minute call that writes your website.

[02]THEN

You get the draft and the reasoning. What we changed, why, and what we expect it to do, in plain English.

[03]THEN

You approve it, change it, or decline it.You don't pay for a piece you haven't approved. Reasonable changes before approval are included.

[04]LAST

It goes live, and that piece is billed. The invoice arrives after your approval and states how to pay it. We publish nothing on your site or listing without your sign-off.

Software tools, at cost

Two jobs are better done by software than by hand: map rank tracking and pushing one consistent name, address and phone across the directory network. Both run in BrightLocal. On either monthly plan they are included in the price. By the piece, they run on an account in your name, billed by BrightLocal to you at its own price; we charge nothing to set them up or run them, and the account and its history stay yours. We are not affiliated with BrightLocal and earn no commission from it, or from any scheduling or software vendor we may recommend.

Direct ownership audit protocol

Zero commission. Zero affiliate kickbacks. Direct credentials issued to your practice.

Do the math before you talk to us

A worked example

An illustration, not a quote.

A practice with a working site whose audit found four key pages with technical problems, wrong phone numbers on three directories, no page explaining its membership, an incomplete Google listing, and no recent articles.

ItemBasisAmount
01Audit fix-up: listing, four page fixes, technical and directory corrections
fixed$950
021 new membership page
1 × $250$250
032 blog posts cited to the medical literature
2 × $150$300
Total, billed as you approve each piece$1,500

Your own list will be different, and the audit is what tells you what's on it. The same practice on the managed plan would pay $750 a month plus the pieces it approves, and get the Deep Assessment, the monthly plan and the fuller report in return.

About the money

Common questions about pricing

After you approve a piece, not before. Each page, fix or post is drafted offline, sent to you with an explanation, and billed only once you've signed off on it. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month.
