Medical SEO services, managed month to month

A named list of work, and a report that says what moved.

Medical SEO for independent and cash-pay practices. Every month delivers a published, discrete scope of technical fixes, clinical content, medical schema markup, and local citations—paired with a monthly ranking report that shows exactly what changed and what moved in search. Managed month to month with no long-term contracts.

Before anything else

Who the managed plan is for

Most agencies sell a monthly plan to everyone. We sell it to the practices it actually suits, and tell the rest to buy by the piece. The free audit says which you are, in writing, before you spend anything.

Monthly makes sense when

Your audit shows a year of pages to build, not a handful. You have more than one location or provider to keep straight. Nobody at the practice has an hour a week for this. Or you want someone watching the map and the directories so errors get caught when they appear, not a year later.

Diagnostic criteriaContinuous scope
Buy by the piece when

Your audit turns up a few fixes and one or two missing pages. Order the $950 Audit fix-up and be done, or add the $350 Upkeep plan if you only want the listings watched. We'll tell you plainly which way is cheaper for you, and if your panel is full, that you need neither.

Month one: the Deep Assessment

The free audit finds what's broken from the outside. This goes further, uses your own numbers, and turns every finding into a job with an owner. It is yours whether or not you stay for month two.

01OWNER'S MANUALS
Active

One for your Google listings, one for your website.

Plain English, dip-in-and-out references. What's working and should be left alone comes first.

02THE TASK LIST

Every finding as a task, sorted by who should do it.

You from your phone, someone you supervise, or us. The free ones are marked, and the order is the order that makes each one work.

03EVERY JOB, TWICE

Once for you, once as a brief you could forward.

So the work is never hostage to us. Any developer or writer could pick it up.

04THE BUILD ORDER

The pages you're missing, in sequence.

Drawn from what patients actually search in your city and what your own Search Console data shows is already working.

05THE BASELINE

Your first ranking report.

Taken before anything changes, so every later report has something honest to be compared with.

Every month after

What each month includes

The $750 covers the planning, the upkeep and the report. The pages themselves are ordered from the published menu each month, named in writing before the month starts, and billed only as you approve each one. A typical month with two pieces comes to $1,050 to $1,250 all in, and you set the number, including zero.

01 / THE LISTMonthly Deliverable

What to build next, named before the month starts.

New pages at $250, repairs at $150 and cited articles at $150, in the order the assessment set. You approve the list, then each draft, with the reasoning, before anything is published, and a clinician reviews every clinical claim.
Included every month

The monthly ranking report

Two pages you can read in a few minutes. It measures three places patients find you, from more than one point in your city, and it reports the searches that went nowhere as plainly as the ones that improved.

Down two places in the map. No cause we can identify; watching.

Five of the twelve tracked searches shown; swipe the table to see every column. Measured 1–2 of the month, signed out, from two fixed points, on a phone-sized screen. Tool and settings named in the appendix. Example Family Direct Care of Anytown does not exist.

Why it's built this way: a report that only shows wins teaches you nothing. Rankings differ by where the searcher stands, move for reasons nobody controls, and sometimes fall after good work. We say which changes we think we caused and which we can't explain.
What's measured

Three places, not one

The map results, ordinary results, and whether Google's AI answers and other assistants name you for the questions your patients ask. AI answers change from one asking to the next, so we report them as direction, never as a score.

Where from

More than one point in your city

Map results change block by block. One check from your own desk flatters you. We track from fixed points so months can be compared.

With your own numbers

What Google itself recorded

With read-only access to Search Console and your listing, the report adds what patients actually typed, which pages they landed on, and calls and direction requests from the listing.

What it won't say

"You're number one"

No single position exists to report. We don't forecast rankings, and we don't count a search you already owned as a win.

Upkeep plan
$350a month

Google Business Profile kept current, review replies drafted, name, address and phone kept consistent across the directories, and a monthly ranking report from one point in your city. No pages. Rank tracking and the directory service included.

Managed medical SEO
$750a month

Everything in Upkeep, plus the Deep Assessment in month one, a written list of what to build each month, and the fuller report: tracking from several points across your city and what Google Search Console recorded. Pages ordered from the menu and billed per piece.

Deep Assessment
stand-alone
$750one time

The month-one assessment without the plan. Credited in full against the managed plan if you start it within 60 days.

How the price works. $750 covers a practice of any size; a second location adds its own listing upkeep and tracking points, quoted in writing before you start, and the number doesn't change without your agreement. Either of us can end the plan at any time; it ends at the close of the month you're in, that month is billed, and you keep everything, including the assessment, the pages and the report history. Your website platform, domain and any booking software stay on your own accounts. We take no referral fees from scheduling or software vendors.

Where monthly SEO goes wrong

What the managed plan won't do

Bill for work that wasn't built.

The list is agreed before the month starts, and each piece is billed only when you approve it. If we miss the list, you hear it from us first, and that month's plan fee is credited.

Report only the good news.

Every tracked search appears every month, including the ones going the wrong way.

Guarantee a position.

Google says nobody can, and to beware anyone who claims to.

Lock you in.

No contract, no notice period, no assets held back if you leave.

Keep you paying after the job is done.

When the pages are built and the records are clean, we'll say so and suggest stepping down to the $350 Upkeep plan, or stopping.

Publish under your name without sign-off.

Nothing goes live on your site or listing until you've approved it.

Asked by practice owners

Common questions about medical SEO services

Ours are $750 a month for the managed plan and $350 a month for upkeep, with no contract, plus the pieces you approve at the published per-piece prices: $250 for a new page, $150 to repair one, $150 for a cited article and $250 for Google Business Profile setup. If you'd rather not pay monthly, the same work is available by the piece, and most practices start with the $950 Audit fix-up.
